No experience is necessary - and drums aren’t, either. A tabletop or empty container will work just fine. You’ll have the chance to connect with other attendees and Bujo through a Q&A.

In acknowledgment of family caregivers, an important resource when it comes to helping loved ones age in place, AARP New Hampshire is sponsoring a virtual Paint and Sip class hosted by Paint and Sip VT. Anyone else in need of a break is welcome to join too!
Grab your favorite beverage and follow step-by-step guidance as you try your hand at painting “Autumn Scarecrow.” We’ll give a brief presentation about available caregiving resources.- Supplies needed: A canvas, canvas board or acrylic paper (9"x 12" or 11" x 14" recommended but any size works)
- Easel (optional)
- Acrylic paints: red, blue, yellow, white and black; green is optional (we will also blend it in class)
- 3-5 brushes, from large to fine-detail sizes
- Pencil for composition sketching
- A cup of water to rinse brushes
- Small plate to mix colors
- Paper towels

We’re featuring a live cooking demonstration led by our dynamic duo who will prepare vibrant, seasonal dishes that are both festive and diabetes-friendly.
You’ll learn how to make Harissa Roasted Butternut Squash, Maple-Sage Roasted Root Vegetables, Crispy Cottage Cheese Delights and a Low-Sugar Blueberry Chocolate Yogurt Snack. We designed these recipes to inspire you to enjoy the holidays without compromising your health goals. If you’d like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand and cook along with the chefs.
